Subscription Guidelines
Payment & Cancellations:

Payments must be received every month before orders are shipped.
-
Subscribers will be automatically charged monthly starting from the first date of purchase upon enrollment. Subscribers will be charged every month on the day the enrollment started. Example: If subscribership enrollment began on September 25th, next payment will be scheduled on the 25th of every month

Automated (billing) dates cannot be changed once the subscriber enrolls in a subscribership plan

Once enrolled in a plan, the subscriber cannot change the plan type unless there is a cancellation.

If subscribers cancel the Bossy River Subscription Plan before their twelve (12) month agreement, they will forfeit any outstanding complimentary bags of treats and/or discounted PUPcakes (please see below for rules on complimentary bags of treats and discounted PUPcakes)

Canceled plans must be annulled 10 days before the automated billing date that the subscriber has enrolled. Cancellation must be done by contacting Jocelyn at bossyriverdogtreats@gmail.com. Once a subscriber is charged for the month, Bossy River Dog Treats is unable to refund any orders that a subscriber may wish to cancel for the month.
Orders/Shipment:

Initial order: Please allow 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed. Please know that all orders will be fulfilled and delivered/available for pick up within the first week (7 calendar days) of the month. The subscription sign-up period runs from the 8th day until the last day of the month. For example, if you start your subscription on October 8th, your order will be processed on that same day, October 8th, but will not be ready for pickup/delivery until the first week of November. Subscribers are more than welcome to purchase treats in the meantime at discounted prices. ​

​In the event that shipping becomes available: Shipping rates are reduced at a lower cost with subscribership plans at $8/month which is included in each plan.
Complimentary Bag of Treats:

PAWsome Pup Plan: The first complimentary bag of treat will be available on the 3rd month after enrolling in the subscribership plan. The second complimentary bag of treat will be available on the 6th month. The third complimentary bag will be available on the 12th month. In the event shipping becomes available: These complimentary bags of treats will be shipped along with the pre-paid monthly orders.

PAWty Dog: The first complimentary bag of treat will be available on the 3rd month after enrolling in the subscribership plan. The second complimentary bag of treat will be available on the 6th month from the date of enrollment. In the event shipping becomes available: These complimentary bags of treats will be shipped along with the pre-paid monthly orders.

Tail Wagger: The first complimentary bag of treat will be available on the 3rd month after enrolling in the subscribership plan. In the event shipping becomes available: These complimentary bags of treats will be shipped along with the pre-paid monthly orders.
One Free Month/Referral Credit:

In order to receive a FREE month, the subscriber must contact owner Jocelyn via email at jocelynrkadams@gmail.com with the friend’s first and last name including the friend’s phone number in order to verify the friend’s enrollment plan and approve the subscriber’s credit for a free month of subscribership plan. The friend’s information will not be shared with a third party.

The friend must enroll in a 12 month subscribership plan before the subscriber receives their credit.

The subscriber will receive a refund (based on their plan of choice) back on their credit card. The refund will be credited back to the subscriber’s credit card within 5-7 business days.

Every subscriber is allowed 1 FREE month once they refer a friend per a 12 month year cycle. Every subscriber is allowed to refer a new friend every 12 month cycle.

The referred friend must choose a plan of the same or greater value of the subscriber's current plan.
Other Conditions:

A separate email will be sent requesting information on exact treat selection for each package.

Each Bossy River Subscription Plan is bundled and rated at a lower price not available to non-subscribers. Each plan has its set price with its perks as mentioned above.

Discounted PUPcakes and Bossy River Subscription Plans cannot be combined with other sales and/or promotions from Bossy River, LLC.

All sales are final once it has been processed.

If your dog(s) dislike the treats, Bossy River Dog Treats, LLC encourages paying it forward by donating any treats to other dogs in the family, friends, and/or shelter.
